The room was impeccably clean, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Unlike most three-star hotels I've stayed at in other cities, this one provided complimentary welcome water, which delighted me and reminded me of the "omotenashi" (hospitality) found in luxury Japanese hotels. During my stay, I happened to coincide with teenagers on their graduation trip who were socializing and playing music both outside and in their rooms, which somewhat disrupted my experience. Despite this, I wouldn't give the hotel any negative feedback. If you plan to stay here, I'd recommend requesting a room away from any student groups to ensure a more peaceful stay.

A very good quality/price ratio hotel half was between the train station and the Tauron Arena. We stayed here for a night after a concert, and the price was a lot better than at the hotels closer to the Arena. The staff was nice and kind, room was clean and comfortable, and a free bottle of water was waiting for both of us. Fortunately it was not yet too hot outside and the air condition quickly made the inside temperature pleasant. Breakfast was great, there were enough tables to sit all the guests and selection/quality of the food was great too. I would return here next time too.

The staff were all absolutely brilliant, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The gentleman in the car park was amazing, he reserved a space for us and was very polite in working around the language barrier. Staff in the hotel were attentive and friendly. The hotel had a lot of products to offer, the restaurant was pleasant and so was the lounge areas. Room was an above average hotel room. Lovely bathroom. Great WiFi.

We did like the hotel. The room size was enough for the two of us for what we needed, the breakfast selection was also good enough and fairly varied and we could reach the city centre in about 30 minutes on foot

Really nice hotel. The room was clean and well prepared. The breakfast was even better than I expected. Since my trip was fully business related then the location for me was perfect.

The hotel is nice and clean, breakfast is delicious, they do room service once each two days, but you can ask for clean towels when ever you need. Water and apples are provided at the lobby free of charge The location is near a bus and tram station which can transport you to everywhere in krakow

Our stay here was very nice and pleasant. A positive surprise for us was an early check-in. The staff were nice. Our room was very cosy and warm (during our stay it was approx. -10°C outside); the beds were comfortable. Good price and quality ratio. I appreciate the hotel's commitment to sustainability. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to explore all of the hotel facilities, which looked very nice. Maybe next time :)

Incredible service. Everyone was friendly, helpful with requests and very professional. Bar service (located steps from the check-in counter) was exceptionally friendly and made excellent cocktails for very fair prices. Also stayed open reasonably late. Location was perfect. Just 5 minutes' walk to the main tram hub, which connected directly to main bus and train stations, and historical "old town" center and parks. Also accessible without tram by 30 minutes' walk. Even late at night after a show, I was able to take a tram from all the way on the other side of the town right back to the hotel. Wow. Room very small, but perfect in every important way. Absolutely new and clean. Everything comfortable, high quality, and convenient. Perfect water pressure and temperature without hassle. Window seals high quality to block out sound, but openable for fresh air. Morning cleaning staff were respectful and allowed me to sleep in late. Breakfast expensive, extremely high quality, huge variety, and beautiful and comfortable dining area including outside access. Staff on hand in breakfast area at all times for additional assistance. Really exceptional. Look forward to staying with them again.

The room was small but well-cleaned, and the arrangement of the furnishings made sense. However, the toilet was positioned next to the wall in a way that forced us into an awkward position. The breakfast was pleasant, offering a sufficient variety of food, especially for Mediterranean individuals like myself." Having a Gym is somewhat important to me. The location was close enough to the center city and to my work office.
